We feel that it is important to “get to know” our clients and their business processes before becoming involved. Prior to performing work or writing proposals, we will spend time at your worksite, inspecting and reviewing the systems and processes in place. We will help you to define your goals, budget, and timeline for any installations or upgrades. Only once we have a working plan in place do we begin the actual work.
More than that, OneNet realizes that just because the business day ends at 5:00PM doesn’t mean that your technology requirements do, too. Just because your office ends at the walls doesn’t mean that your business ends at those walls. OneNet continues to provide service, 24-hours per day, 365 days per year.
